Founder, CEO

Ms. Outi Suojanen is the CEO and Founder of ATD. She has held various technical and management roles in several countries and projects in her 34 years in telecom and competence management. She has extensive experience working in Asia within several countries, including China, Thailand, Singapore and Myanmar.

She has a deep understanding of people, talent management, competence and resource management, as well as HR. She has been leading project teams, trainer teams and been part of management teams. 

She has been responsible of people management, competence transfer and competence development as well as talent management and HR. In the early years of her career she has been working in many telecommunication project with Nokia and in the last 20 years she has been in many position related to people’s competence development and resource management with Nokia and recently she has worked as HR Director at QROi.
